This Privacy Policy and its Addendum(s) describe how AutoVerse Inc, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, and jointly controlled entities (collectively referred to as “AutoVerse,” “eCarAid,” “eCA,” “eCA Gara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, processes, and discloses your Personal Data through the use of AutoVerse’s mobile applications and websites (collectively referred to as the “Apps” and “Websites”), as well as other products, features, and services operated globally by AutoVerse (collectively, the “Services”).
This Notice applies to consumers, agents, vendors, suppliers, partners (such as car owners, drivers, auto repair shops, and business partners), contractors, and service providers (collectively, “you,” “your,” or “yours”).
“Personal Data” refers to any information that can be used to identify you or that makes you identifiable. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, nationality, phone number, bank or credit card information, personal interests, email address, image, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, race, date of birth, marital status, religion, health information, vehicle and insurance information, employment information, and financial details.
We collect your Personal Data in the following ways and may combine it with other data we already hold. If you have multiple relationships with AutoVerse (for example, if you are both a garage owner and a customer using our App), we may link your information to provide Services and fulfill the Purposes described below.
You may provide your data when you:
Complete a user profile or registration form.
Provide information to assess your eligibility as a garage or car owner partner (e.g.,
vehicle details, background check results).
Interact with our social media pages.
Participate in AutoVerse events or contests (e.g., by submitting photos, videos, or
audio containing your image).
Verify your identity through various methods.
In certain cases, failure to provide required Personal Data may prevent us from completing contracts or fulfilling legal obligations.
Personal Data may be automatically collected, including:
Location data (to detect roadside issues or garage locations).
Feedback, ratings, and compliments.
Transaction details (payment method, distance between mechanic and vehicle).
Interaction data (how you use our App or Website).
Device information (model, IP address, advertising identifiers, etc.).
Messages sent via in-app chat.
Audio or video recordings captured during car repair sessions.
We may collect data from:
Referral programs.
Business partners (garages, payment providers, insurance companies, financial
institutions, etc.).
Public databases or government sources.
Other users who add you as an emergency contact.
Marketing and advertising partners.
AutoVerse may use, combine, and process your Personal Data for the following purposes (“Purposes”):
Deliver, personalize, and improve our Services.
Register, manage, and update your account.
Conduct risk assessments and partner evaluations.
Process payments, insurance, and financial transactions.
Track repair progress and detect anomalies.
Enable personalized features on the App.
Manage rewards, promotions, and user communications.
Resolve feedback and complaints.

Enhance user safety and data protection.
Investigate and resolve disputes or fraud.

Other users, such as sharing information between car owners and garages/mechanics.
AutoVerse partners, when you use their services or participate in their promotions.
Service providers, including payment processors, background check agencies, cloud storage providers,
insurance and financial partners, marketing and research firms, and data analytics
companies.
Legal advisors and government authorities, when necessary for legal, public safety, or emergency purposes.
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the Purposes stated above, unless a longer period is required by law. Once no longer needed, your data will be deleted, anonymized, or restricted in access according to legal requirements.
Your Personal Data may be transferred outside the country in which you reside.
We ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable laws and include appropriate
safeguards to maintain equivalent levels of protection.
AutoVerse and third parties may use cookies, tracking tags, and advertising identifiers to
collect usage information.
You can disable cookies in your browser or limit personalized advertising within the
App settings.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access, or misuse of your Personal Data. However, please note that online transmission of data is not completely secure, and you share such information at your own risk.
Under applicable laws, you have the right to:
Request access, correction, or deletion of your Personal Data.
Restrict or object to data processing.
Withdraw consent previously granted.
File a complaint with data protection authorities.
Withdrawal of consent may affect AutoVerse’s ability to provide Services.
AutoVerse may amend this Policy at any time. Notice of any change will be provided at least 10 business days before taking effect. The updated version will be published on the AutoVerse website. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
